This kayak is significantly lighter than any polyethylene kayak on the market, while retaining the properties of a rigid kayak. At 8 psi, it is as stable and solid as a hard-shell kayak. The side chambers and floor are made with Dropstich technology for excellent strength, high inflation pressure, stiffness and abrasion resistance. The "V" shape of the bow and stern of the kayak provides very good handling, easier paddling and fast swimming.

What is the difference between a kayak made with dropstich technology and other inflatable kayaks ?

When we hear inflatable kayak we think that its interior is only filled with air like most mattresses, water accessories, basic inflatable kayak models. However, kayaks made with Dropstich technology contain millions of tough polyester threads that connect the top and bottom walls of the inflatable chambers. This allows the kayak to be inflated to really high pressures while giving it super rigidity and form.
