 Scorpio Hybrid is a new generation two-person inflatable kayak with a dropstich floor. The result is a kayak with the stiffness and nautical qualities of a polyethylene kayak, yet lightweight and easy to carry in the boot of a car. The construction of the kayak and portable seats make it easy to make a tandem (by removing the front seat and moving the back seat) into a single and at the same time adding the third seat (available in our shop) into a triple. The kayak has a sheltered stern and bow section which prevents splashing on the load section, two carrying handles, rigging, a drain valve with a plug located on the stern, a polyethylene bow and a removable Fin. Thanks to these last two elements, the Scorpio Hybrid holds direction perfectly and is resistant to side winds.
It is a versatile vessel ideal for inland lakes and rivers and coastal marine waters, as well as being able to handle mountainous waters up to WW 2.
