Robust rod holder placed on a wheel-shaped base with a 1.5" diameter ball (compatible with RAM holders).

Thanks to this mounting, we can easily rotate the holder horizontally by 360 ' as well as vertically.

The design of the holder allows for easy insertion and removal of the rod. The holder, together with the ball, can be easily removed from the base, which is secured with a rubber plug.
